BP Settlement

BP and the Department of Justice are currently considering a BP Settlement.  The GCCF is under an Audit, BP personnel are facing criminal charges, and the BP Trial to establish who was to blame for the Gulf Oil Spill begins on February 27th. The Gulf Coast Claims Facility has been a bust for many affected, using classic Delay, Deny, and Defend tactics, and Feinberg has failed.

Many Attorneys became bogged down in the BP Claims process, getting only a small fraction of their clients paid. The BP Claims process has only been understood by a few, as calculations and trending were elusive for most to grasp. All in all “Making Right” the BP Slogan just made it more wrong. The wolves were guarding the hen house.

BP Settlement and What it means to You.

It is time to get your paperwork in order, if your claim is at the GCCF, it is time to cure any deficiencies and get denials back into play. A BP Settlement  is not far off and your documentation, the organization and the calculation of it is going to be key.

At BPBusinessClaims.com we believe in utilizing well seasoned BP Claims consultants. We have individuals that once worked for the Law Firm that the GCCF had processing ALL of the BP Claims at. They know how to process your BP Business Claims, they worked for the other side and now they work for us. Our consultants all have their Jurist Doctorates and now what it takes to get claims paid.

How will they Disburse the BP Settlement

Nobody quite knows how the BP Settlement will be disbursed, will the GCCF be in charge, many think it will be some sort of hybrid. Others think it will be broken down by geographic locale in some sort of tribunal, and still others think it  will be disbursed by the courts. There is one constant, and that is your BP Claims will have to be well prepared. Our BP Claims Consultants fee starts at just 15%, if we need to get an Attorney involved the total fee is 25%-30%. We will Help you with your BP Settlement.
