BP Claims

BP Claims

BP Claims Consultants and Adjusters continue to get your BP Claims paid, currently over 65% going through within 45 days,

If needed Attorneys are ready to step in to continue the process.

Our target is to get 100% of all valid individual claims paid, well within 45 days.

Our main goal has always been to help as many as possible.

We are consistently improving our skill set.

How do you help people, you get them paid, and get them paid quickly.

Some claims especially those under 50k are best handled by Claims Consultants/Adjusters, and if needed Attorneys.

We have BP Claims Experts that are Large Claims Catastrophic Adjusters

We also have Experts that specialize in smaller Individual Claims.

How do we get your BP Claims Paid

You are assigned to a BP Claims Expert who is knowledgeable in the BP Claims process, they will even give you their personal cell number so that you can contact them directly day or night.

They will will help you put together your paperwork and organize your claims.

If your claim is deficient in any way they will help you cure the deficiencies, even if it is at the GCCF.

They can also help you with your BP Claims even if they were denied.

They are passionate about getting your BP Claims paid. They will submit your Claim to the GCCF for you.

Some claims need the help of an Attorney, that is a fact, but your claim needs to be organized first, and BP Claims Experts can do just that, then hand it off to a firm that specializes in your type of case.

In some instances your case will be directed immediately to an Attorney.

We are not exclusively tied to any one Law Firm, we want you to be with the firm that will best handle your type of case. We are very fond of Brent Coon and Associates and Weitz Luxenberg.

BP Claims Consultants and Adjusters have a fee of 15% of what they receive from the GCCF, BP Claims Attorneys historically charge 25%-33.3%,

If your claim requires the help of an Attorney the fee from the claims adjuster will roll into the fee charged by the Attorney, you will not be charged anything extra. The Attorneys are happy to receive claims from Adjusters`s that are already well organized.

Feinberg looks to create new factors for BP Claims and want`s to pay Moratorium Claims

News stories have been coming out that Feinberg is working  to develop more generous methodologies for people who make their living on other Gulf Seafood, such as shrimp, crab, and fish. Lets face it seafood from the Great Gulf of Mexico has a black eye right now, and the gulf is still environmentally challenged from the Oil Spill and then the Clean Up. The bayous and bays that are contaminated with oil and corexit, still have much of it there, right under the surface, and that is where most of the hatchlings mature. It is only fair for the GCCF under the direction of Ken Feinberg to adjust their Methodology. Currently Oystermen are given up to 7 times their 2010 losses.

Feinberg is also rethinking his stance on moratorium claims and with BP`s permission he wants to include them into the BP Claims process. This would be a blessing to many that lost most of their income due to BP`s negligence. There would never have been a moratorium if BP had not caused the biggest Oil Spill in U.S. history. The Baton Rouge Area Foundation was suppose to pay these claims, but instead denied many. If Feinberg takes charge of this, and indeed makes things right, it would be significant move of good will by Mr. Feinberg. Couple this with a possible change in methodology for people in the Gulf Seafood Industry, and we could be seeing a significant shift in Mr. Feinberg`s historical positions.

BP Claims

BP Claims are being paid at a record rate. It has been reported that the Gulf Coast Claims Facility will be paying claims in mass. Some Oil Spill Attorneys that have been on our BP Claims Dream Team have already uploaded all their claims and cases to the GCCF. For many this is the news they have been waiting for. A recent report squarely laid the blame for the Gulf Oil Spill on BP`s shoulders. That news accompanied with the punitive damage ruling by Judge Barbier, that allowed for people and businesses directly impacted by the oil spill to sue BP has definitely damaged BP`s position.

BP Claims Offers

GCCF Claim offers are being received at a record rate. Finally the GCCF is starting to pay BP Claims including interim claims. However the Gulf Coast Claims Facility is still up to its old tricks, and often tries to settle BP Business Claims on the cheap by offering BP Quick Pays. We have yet to see a Quick Pay that has gone through our BP Claims Dream Team at the very least wasn`t doubled. Most Quick Pay offers are usually tripled at the least, and some have been upped to 7 times the original offer. You have 90 days to accept or reject a BP Claims offer. It only makes sense that if you receive a final settlement to run it by members of the Team. If they can`t substantially increase your offer there is no charge.

BP Claims Dream Team

The Dream Team is comprised of Attorneys, Claims Adjusters and Advocates that specialize in holding BP Accountable for their actions. Team members have gotten their clients the largest awards ever from BP, An Attorney that is on the  Dream Team has held BP accountable for their actions in previous incidents and in so doing received the highest awards for his clients ever from BP.

Representation from BP Claims Team Members starts at just 15% of what you receive.

BP Claims are Calculations are Off

BP Claims Calculations when done by the GCCF are NOT correct

bp claims

BP Claims

The GCCF is not properly calculating BP Claims, its just that simple. As a matter of fact, most of the calculations people are having done by private firms that are submitted to the GCCF are off as well. Why is this? It is really pretty simple, private firms and individuals are letting the GCCF tell them how to do the calculations. If you want the GCCF to save BP money then by all means allow them to use their calculations, and for your CPA, Attorney, or yourself to follow the GCCF`s lead on how to calculate your BP Claims loss. Do not let the GCCF lead the way when it comes to calculating your BP Claims.

GCCF BP Claims Calculations 7-3 times Off

GCCF calculations for your BP Claims seem to be 7-3 times less in many instances then what you should actually be receiving. In going over a few offers made by the GCCF recently, then having them recalculated by members of our team, it seems that when the GCCF makes an error and that is over 50% of the time, their offer is consistently 7-3 times less then what the correct offer should have been for your BP Claims. The BP Claims Experts that we have connected with know this and know how to correct it.

1 Million dollars off on BP Claims

In meetings with the GCCF recently in Washington, our Team members, went over their calculations regarding BP Claims, and in every instance the GCCF accepted their numbers regarding what the BP Claims offers should be. This didn`t happen just once, it happened over 40 times. The largest discrepancy had the GCCF off by over 1 million dollars. They calculated the claim at $194,000.00 when in fact the number was $1,400,000.00, again they were 7 times off, and this is not the first claim that they were off by 7 times.
